The El Dorado County Board of Supervisors created the county Youth Commission to develop and express the opinions, ideas, and vision of El Dorado County youth through their representatives communicating with local government.

Colleen, Westwind 4-H Club

Colleen raised and trained two guide dogs in the course of a year and gained experience with working with two very different personalities. The project introduced her to several different types of service animals and how they adapt to the different needs of people.
